In Battlefield 3, players step into the role of the elite U.S. Marines. As the first boots on the ground, players will experience heart-pounding missions across diverse locations including Paris, Tehran and New York. As a U.S. Marine in the field, periods of tension and anticipation are punctuated by moments of complete chaos. As bullets whiz by, as walls crumble, as explosions force players to the ground, the battlefield feels more alive and interactive than ever before.

Glorified?
I feel as if they glorified battlefield 3 in this trailer. I have only played the multiplayer so far...but I will point out some negative things real quick. There are a lot of positive things so far.
Explosions don't knock you down...you can't pull injured teammates back...there is a lot of HUD you can't disable including skulls even on hardcore mode...there is no horn for the vehicles (cars)...been a little glitchy...no destruction 2.0 collapses like bad company 2...
I will play more of it to see if I end up liking it more than bad company 2.
