Metaphysical Genetics? Or just a good thriller?

Harrison Ford plays a genetics professor bedeviled by the ghost of his murdered mistress (Amber Valletta). In pursuit of that eternally elusive afterlife R&R, the woman's restless specter appears to his wife, played by Michelle Pfeiffer, and begs for a
resolution of the crime that resulted in her death.
The movie opens July 21st, 2000.
