Watched the trailer. It's an 'ok' game. Kinda like Shinobi for the PS2 but less effects and moves. 6 out of 10.

To mike d. I think it is a Japanese made game since it is Tecmo. I dont think they have an American Development house in the US, and I hope not! Maybe a publisher HQ there but definately not a deve house as it will suck! Xbox seriously does lack Japanese game support since its an American made piece of ****. But yeah thats my view on it lol! And yes this does look kinda similar to Shinobi on the PS2.

I think Shinobi is one of the best ninja-action-games (I-Ninja is way cooler but it is a platform game), but Shinobi isn't that great. And why is Ninja Gaiden a Shinobi rip-off. Why would sites like Gamespot give Shinobi a 7.6 and Ninja Gaiden a 9.4? That doesn't look like it's some cheap rip-off...

wanna know why shinobi got a 7.6 and gaiden got a 9.4 at gamespot?the ratings are based on specific platforms, for the ps2 games like shinobi is an ordinary game. you'll see lots of games like that for the ps2.but for xbox those ordinary games is considered a 'great' game. if you look at xbox games, you'll know why xbox fans think that gaiden is a great game. that's obvious.

Even though I don't have an Xbox I still think Ninja Gaiden was awesome.

I thought Shinobi was ok but they could of done better.

Why couldn't they make Ninja Gaiden game on the PS2 because I think the people who only have PS2 should get a good desent ninja game.

I'm a big ninja fan and I thought that Nightshade was worser than Shinobi. What I don't get is why they made the sequel so bad and they could of done better.

Ninja Gaiden is just a great game, a saw that cus a friend of mine has it. I, as PS2 owner, think it's too bad they don't have Ninja Gaiden for PS2.

Ninja Gaiden isn't a ninja game. The main character isn't even a ninja. It's an action game with some ****** in a leather halloween costume roaming around hacking at everything. It's XBox's answer to Devil May Cry.So don't fret you PS fannies, it's not even as good as DMC3, and it plays very closely to that.Tenchu is better, the Shinobi on PS2 was all right, but I still prefer Tenchu 3.For the record, the original shinobi wasn't that great.
