yeah, hopefully they will release a patch to address the difficulty settings - if you save then load a game any difficulty resets to normal, and the scripts and ambient sounds break - great game shame about these bugs - but WELL WORTH buying (along with thief 1 and 2)

Does number two have the bloom effect and high level of detail? No. Is number 2 free-roaming, and open ended? NO. Again. Does no. 2 have ragdoll physics, full physics engine, massive open city, and the even cooler looking garret? Yet again, no. Dude your PC must be seriously low-spec for u to think that. And remember- ITS NOT EIDOS' FAULT EVEN IF THE GAME WERE BAD (WHICH IT IS NOT)!!!! Ignore xbox

I played the demo and.. I LOVED IT!!!!The shadows are amazing,the ia is realy good.. still u can fool it verry easy.. some1 most realy find out a REALY good ia that just cant be fooled...if u stand in front of a guard.. and its dark.. he dos not see u! even when he is 5cm away from u!but sneaking around and avoiding the light parts of the map is realy cool.. and the people here who say the grapics are ****?.. come on! it looks great!,it dos need a fast 3d card.. i have a ati 9600 se ( not the fastest 1 around i know..) but it should be able to run all games today whit everything on medium whit +/-40 fps, but not whit thief3.. i play whit like 17-30 fps.. it is still playeble...but i do play whit 800x600 resolution.. and i rather not do that,anyway.. this game is great! i am gonne get the full version for sure!,to bad there aint gonne be a multyplayer on it like splinter cell.. that would realy OWN!

I installed the full game, came all the way to the map "cradle" then I got scared as hell (it is the most terrifying map I've ever played in ANY game). When getting so scared I uninstalled the game and threw away the cds

I just completed the game a couple of hours ago great game!!

OMG, cradle really freakes me out. I'm still shaking, I don't think I'll ever manage to finish it. It really is terrefying.

This is the greatest game in a long time. Ive had a lot of fun plaing this game, and I hope eidos will come through with more of these games. This really takes you through the game with a extreemly good simulated sneaking experience. Dunno what those idiots that dont like this game is thinking, and they cant have much of their childhood left in them!
