Download the mod and extract the archive to your PC. This mod was tested on game version v1.04.02 — verify your game version matches before installing.

Ort FreedomFlyer.asi, FreedomFlyer.iniund version.dll into: Steam\steamapps\common\Crimson Desert\bin64\
Launch Crimson Desert and press F11 to toggle flight on or off at any time.
Öffnen Sie FreedomFlyer.ini in any text editor to adjust controls, presets, and flight parameters to your preference.
To uninstall, remove FreedomFlyer.asi und FreedomFlyer.ini from the bin64 Ordner.

Good to Know

Do not use this mod alongside other flight mods such as Enhanced Flight. They hook the same physics instruction and will cause direct conflicts.
When configuring controls in the INI, avoid binding Horizontal Boost to the same key as sprint or run, as this causes input conflicts.
Setting very high speed values in the INI can exceed world streaming limits and cause instability. Therefore, keep speed settings within reasonable ranges.
Putting the lantern away unlocks full flight responsiveness and reduces input restrictions, making it the recommended state during aerial movement.
Controller hot-swapping between types is not fully supported. Restart the game when switching between controller types to avoid input issues.
Additionally, haptics may trigger when opening menus while airborne. This is cosmetic only and can be disabled inside the INI if needed.
