Ready or Not Better Weapon Damage (B.W.D) Mod v1.1

                    
Vanilla Ready or Not has always had inconsistencies in how certain calibers and ammo types perform across missions. Better Weapon Damage (B.W.D) addresses that by reworking damage multipliers, penetration levels, and durability damage values across most calibers and ammo types, making previously underpowered configurations genuinely viable.
Standard vs Hardcore

BWD Standard: The recommended version. Always the most refined and stable build of the mod.
BWD Hardcore (Experimental): Includes everything from Standard plus adjusted durability damage values to better simulate blunt force trauma against L3A and L4 armor on suspects.

Key Balance Changes

Most calibers and ammo types received torso damage multiplier buffs; upper body hits now deal roughly 5% more damage than lower body hits to simulate organ damage.
All JHP rounds deal 14% more damage to arms and legs (0.7 to 0.8).
Several calibers had their artery hit rate adjusted (v1.1).
10mm Auto is now stronger than .45 ACP by approximately 20%.
JHP rounds for 4.6x30mm and 5.7x28mm can no longer penetrate L3A armor, forcing correct AP/FMJ usage against armored suspects.
JHP rounds for 5.56x45mm can now penetrate L3A armor, matching real-world performance.
AP/FMJ rounds for .357 Magnum can now penetrate L3A armor to simulate blunt force trauma.
New optional file tweaks suspect armor damage protection values (v1.1).

Kompatibilität

Compatible with any mod that does not modify AmmoDataTable.uasset.
Conflicts will only occur if another mod edits the same ammo data table.

Choose either BWD Standard oder BWD Hardcore based on your preference.
Drop the chosen .pak Datei ein: Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks
Launch the game. No additional tools or mod managers required.
