Anomaly ist eine eigenständige S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-Mod, die auf einer x64-Version der X-Ray-Engine basiert. Beginnend mit Version 1.5.0 Anomaly verwendet eine benutzerdefinierte Motor-Build genannt die XRay-Monolith-Engine. Nach fast einem Jahr der Entwicklung des Anomaly 1.5.0-Updates setzt die Mod ihren Weg fort, neue Features hinzuzufügen und dabei ein hohes Maß an Qualität und Wiederspielwert beizubehalten.
