Die Cave Weather – Dynamic Mine Events mod breathes new life into your mining trips. It adds five dynamic underground weather phenomena that randomly occur once per day. These events change the feel, pacing, and difficulty of the Mines and the Volcano Dungeon. From gentle fungal blooms to dangerous bloodthirst winds, every descent into the dark becomes a unique and unpredictable experience.
Wesentliche Merkmale

Fungal Harvest: Spawns extra mushrooms on the floor and causes Green & Big Slimes to passively drop mushrooms. Drifting spores fill the air, making it a perfect time for foraging.
Temporal Flux: Time flows slower in the mines, but combat becomes chaotic. Monsters alternate between slow-motion and burst speed phases, creating a rhythmic, tense battle flow.
Berserker Day: Monsters behave normally until you hit them. Once damaged, they enrage with increased speed and aggression. Fortunately, you gain a defense boost to help you survive the onslaught.
Frenzy Fog: A pale fog overlay adds a spooky atmosphere while all monsters gain a speed boost. You receive a defensive buff to balance the heightened challenge.
Bloodthirst Winds: Red dust particles swirl around as enemies slowly regenerate health over time. Your defense is reduced, so you must use decisive focus fire to take them down quickly.

Additional Details

Highly Recommended: While the mod works on its own, we strongly recommend installing the Generic Mod Config Menu (GMCM) mod. It allows you to easily toggle specific weather types, adjust spawn rates, and tweak difficulty settings directly in-game without editing files.
Scope: This mod affects both the standard Mines and the Volcano Dungeon.
Compatibility Warning: The “Temporal Flux” event alters how time flows. Therefore, it might conflict logically with other mods that change game time speed.
Safe to Use: The mod does not change terrain generation, only the behavior and ambiance of the floors.
