In The Witcher 3, looking good costs a quest and some crowns. The Free Transmog Anywhere mod waves away both. It opens Reforge, the game’s own transmog feature, from a main menu tab, and it lists every look. Geralt keeps his best stats and still wears whatever look you like.
What It Does in Game

Free Transmog Anywhere: Unlocks every look at once and unpacks into a single modFreeTransmog Ordner.
Free Transmog Anywhere – Found Looks Only: Swaps in a variant that unlocks looks as you find the gear, so unfound ones show a lock.

Looks and Price

Every Look Unlocked: Lists every armor, glove, trouser, boot, sword, and crossbow look, even ones you never found or crafted.
Every Sword Look: Gives a separate tile to swords that share a blade but wear different scabbards, such as Dysglair.
Free Reforge: Charges 0 crowns, and only the look changes, so stats and set bonuses stay on the item.
Any Smith Will Do: Lets every armorer reforge armor and every blacksmith swords and crossbows, with no quest to finish first.

Menu and Preview

Reforge Tab: Adds a Reforge tab after Meditation in the main menu, so you can change looks anywhere.
Favorites and Filters: Pins favorite looks to the top, and filters narrow the list to found looks, witcher gear, or either expansion.
Look Around: Fades the screen so only Geralt remains, then lets you turn him, zoom, and move the camera.

Hide and Dye

Hidden Look: Makes chest armor, gloves, trousers, or boots look empty while the piece keeps its stats.
Dyeing: Lets a piece wearing a witcher-gear look take dye, even when the real item is no witcher gear.

What You Gain
Fashion stops being a grind, so your armor choice can follow the stats alone. The only catch is that you should run just one transmog mod. Two of them change the same Reforge functions, so looks can vanish or appear twice.
Setting It Up

Download your preferred variant and extract the archive to your PC. Install only one of the two, since both use the same folder.
Delete any older modFreeTransmog folder from your Mods folder, and remove any other transmog mod.

To uninstall, first give every hidden piece a look again in Reforge, then delete the modFreeTransmog Ordner.

Worth Knowing

The mod needs The Witcher 3 Remastered 5.0 or newer on PC, from Steam or GOG. The Microsoft Store and Xbox app versions do not work, since script mods do not compile there.
Some transmog mods install under a folder name without the word transmog, so check your Mods Ordner.
The mod carries its own copy of content\scripts\game\gui\menus\transmogMenu.ws. A mod that replaces the same file conflicts, so merge the two with Script Merger or keep only one.
Hair can poke through hooded looks, because the game picks Geralt’s hair by the real chest armor. Transmog Variant Fix cures that and works with this mod.
Do not hide the same piece with another mod, such as WPIAO, at the same time.
If another mod hides looks, the Reforge menu adds the missing ones itself and unlocks them in your save.
Give a hidden piece a look again before you put it on an armor stand.
A reforged item keeps its own level requirement. The list also leaves out Ciri’s armor, the Wild Hunt’s armor, and test items.
Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine looks appear when you own them, and button hints come in 15 languages.
