You usually need specific perks to unlock your full fleet potential. This mod removes that restriction completely. Now, if you have 8 ships, you can bring all 8 into the fight immediately. This applies regardless of your character’s skill level. As a result, you can enjoy the massive naval clashes the game was meant to have.
