1.place CMRR trainer.EXE into Colin McRae Rally Remastered main folder
2.right click CMRR trainer.EXE  and send to create desktop shortcut 
3.right click CMRR trainer.EXE shortcut on desktop and in compability tab tick run this program as administrator
4.start trainer,wait to load few seconds
5.start game,press keys

-when race over,need to unfreeze time or next race will start with previous freezed time
-time freeze function lags the game little bit,so recommend use it for short time periods
