  This trainer allows you to create the ultimate quarterback for your team   
  in the Roster editor. Now EA games are sort of being tricky now so make    
  sure you read this correctly: Once your in the screen where you distrubute 
  points for your Quarterback you simply click on the trainers button, BUT   
  when you return back to Madden 99 you will see that the bars have NOT      
  changed, they have indeed changed but it wont show on the status bars, and 
  if you clicked on the trainer button and attempt to change one of the      
  attributes it will revert back to its max. This trainer pushes OVER the    
  max giving 99 to each attribute.
