Thought you might want infinite health for vehicles in Redline, and, since none of the trainers for the game offer it, here you have one that does. Also you have unlimited ammo for all weapons available in the current level, and for vehicle weapons. The other two options in this trainer are unlimited health in human mode and acces to all the levels in the game.
There are a few issues, though. The options HAVE to be enabled in the game menu. If you enable them during a mission, it is very likely that the game will crash. Also the unlimited ammo option in human mode not only gives you unlimited ammo, but it gives you all the weapons you could get in the current level.
