In total the game contains 91 Breakables scattered across 3 campaigns. To get the Lore Master Trophy you must destroy ALL the Breakables in ALL 3 campaigns (Knights, Vikings, Samurai). The Breakable objects will look like barrels and are in plain sight.
Lore Master Trophy:

In total the game contains 144 Observables scattered across 3 campaigns. To get the Lore Master Trophy you must find ALL the Observables in ALL 3 campaigns (Knights, Vikings, Samurai). To hear some lore press L1 when you look at the object.
