   2. Run the trainer.
   3. Launch the game.  
   4. Press corresponding keyboard shortcut (see Release notes) to activate

   Shift + F1: Unlimited Time
        Comments:       Works for Race mode only.
        Effect:         Remaining time counter does not decrease.
        Disable:        Control+F1

   Shift + F2: Unlimited Time
        Comments:       Works for Stunt mode only.
        Effect:         Remaining time counter does not decrease.
        Disable:        Control+F2

   Shift + F3: Zillion points
        Comments:       Works for Stunt mode only.
        Effect:         Gives you 999999999 points.
        Disable:        Control+F3

   Shift + F4: Always win the race
        Comments:       Works for Race mode only.
        Effect:         Sets your race time to 00:00:01 and you always win ;).
        Disable:        Control+F4

   Shift + F5: Unlimited Time
        Comments:       Works for Decal mode only.
        Effect:         Remaining time counter does not decrease
        Disable:        Control+F5

   Shift + F6: Get 5 Decals
        Comments:       Works for Decal mode only.
        Effect:         Gives you 5 decals. Note: you need to pick up at least
                        one decal after activating cheat to open exit gate.
        Disable:        No way.
