Pretty simple editor as with all my editors they require the UGE game 
editor.  it can vbe found on AOL's file sites just search for it, or it
can be found on the web.  

This editor will only edit your Pistol & Shotgun Shells, 
This editor is for use with Realms of the Haunting, and what a kick ass
game it is.  Thanks Interplay!
As I find more things to edit I will post the updates.
As with any editor ALWAYS backup your save game file.
