Successfully complete the indicate number of mini-games to unlock the corresponding Special Construction Kit:
Special Kit 1 Mini-Toad: Successfully complete three mini-games

Special Kit 2 Mini-Peach: Successfully complete six mini-games

Special Kit 3 Mini-DK: Successfully complete nine mini-games
Nintendo WiFi levels:

At the main menu, select "Construction Zone", then select "WiFi Connection", followed by "Receive". Select an open spot, "Receive", then the Nintendo logo. You can now access the WiFi levels without a Friend code.
