Raise Vitality
Dragon Buster: At the Dragon Buster title screen press Select 10 times then start the game. When you vitality drops to 32 or below press L1 R1. Your vitality will raise to 128 but you will lose 1 credit.
Grobda Level Select
At the title screen press and hold L1 L2 R1 R2 and then press Start.
