Beat ALL the standard plagues and the Neurax Worm on the Brutal difficulty setting to unlock the Necroa virus.
Cheat Modes:

When you complete ALL modes (Bacteria through Bioweapon) under the Brutal difficulty setting the ‘No Cure’, ‘No Action’ and ‘Infinite DNA’ options will become available.
Bio-Weapon Mode:

Complete Nano-Virus under the Normal or Brutal difficulty setting.
Fungus Mode:

Complete Virus under the Normal or Brutal difficulty setting.
Nano-Virus Mode:

Complete Prion under the Normal or Brutal difficulty setting.
Parasite Mode:

Complete Fungus under the Normal or Brutal difficulty setting.
Prion Mode:

Complete Parasite under the Normal or Brutal difficulty setting.
Virus Mode:

Complete Bacteria under the Normal or Brutal difficulty setting.
