Forza Horizon 6 uses Xbox-style button prompts by default, even when you play with a PlayStation controller. The PlayStation Controller Icons (DualSense) mod replaces every Xbox prompt with matching PlayStation icons, so the on-screen UI finally reflects the controller in your hands. Consequently, quick prompts, tutorials, and QTE-style inputs become easier to read and react to at a glance.

Replaces all Xbox button prompts (A, B, X, Y, LB, RB, etc.) with PlayStation DualSense equivalents.

Why You Need This Mod
Seeing Xbox labels while using a PlayStation controller forces you to mentally translate every prompt before you press it. This mod removes that friction completely by making the UI speak the same “button language” as your DualSense. Additionally, the replacement textures are clean and well integrated, so the new icons look native rather than like an obvious overlay.
How to Get Started

Descargar el DualSenseIcons archive and extract it to your PC.
Open your Forza Horizon 6 installation folder. For Steam, the default path is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ForzaHorizon6

Inside the extracted archive, locate the media carpeta.
Copy this media folder into your Forza Horizon 6 installation folder and allow it to overwrite the existing files. When you are done, the structure should look like:

└── AppWindowSplash.bmp

Launch Forza Horizon 6. All in-game button prompts now use PlayStation icons.
To uninstall, verify the game files through your launcher to restore the original media carpeta.

Good to Know

This mod overwrites base game UI textures. Avoid installing other mods that also replace controller icon textures at the same time, as they may conflict.
On Microsoft Store installs, you may need to adjust folder permissions or run your file manager as administrator to allow overwriting the media carpeta.
