In the vanilla version of Red Dead Redemption 2, fire often feels like a scripted afterthought that extinguishes far too quickly. The F.I.R.E. – Complete Fire and Flames Overhaul mod changes that by turning fire into a persistent, terrifying force of nature. If you throw a molotov or start a camp blaze, the flames will now rage for hours as long as there is fuel. Consequently, gunfights and arson runs become incredibly atmospheric. Better yet, the mod completely overhauls the visual heat and spread logic to make every blaze look massive and realistic.

Increases fire persistence drastically, allowing flames to burn for much longer than the default 60 seconds.
Scales up fire visuals so flames can tower over houses and fully engulf wooden structures.
Enhances the radial spread physics, making molotov cocktails and petrol trails far more dangerous and unpredictable.
Improves particle density and heat haze for a hotter, more visceral visual effect.
Provides a standard Vanilla Version for the base game, as well as a Dominator’s Edition calibrated specifically for use with the Dominators Game Overhaul mod.

If you choose the Dominator’s Edition, you must have the Dominators Game Overhaul mod installed first to ensure proper balancing.
There is a known engine quirk where some brick walls in Saint Denis are treated as wooden, meaning they might catch fire.

Cómo instalar

Descargar e instalar ScriptHookRDR2 y Lenny’s Mod Loader (LML) to prepare your game for modding.
Download the F.I.R.E. mod archive, choosing either the Vanilla Version or the Dominator’s Edition.
Extract the downloaded archive to a temporary folder on your PC.
Copy the extracted mod files into the lml folder located inside your main Red Dead Redemption 2 installation directory.
Launch the game and test your newly enhanced fire physics by igniting a campfire or throwing a fire bottle.
