Ars Technica has a mole that has revealed several industry secrets in the past and claims to reveal a new one right now.

Ars Technica's mole confirmed most analysts' predictions that Sony will lower Playstation 3 price to $499 next Christmas, but he added that Sony will also release a $100 cheaper version. The $399 Playstation 3 will include a 40GB hard disk instead of current PS3 80GB HDD.

The mole also claims that Sony will lower Playstation 2 price to $99 on the same date.
