  3) Start Trainer.                                                          
  4) Start Game from *within* Trainer Menu.                                  
  5) Use keys as shown below.

  No need to press ALT-TAB to get to this Trainer Menu, simply apply/toggle  
  your favourite trainer-cheat to the running Game by pressing any of the    
  following keys during game-play:                                           
                                                                             
     F5 - Level Skip (Makes you win current track)                           
                                                                             
  Special JMP CreW Bonus:                                                    
                                                                             
     F12 - NOSPLASH Patch : This small patcher included in the Trainer       
                            Menu will allow you to patch the Game binary,    
                            so that you may quickly bypass the (annoying)    
                            non-ESCapeable Splash Screens shown during       
                            Start-Up of the Game. Please notice that this    
                            is only applicable BEFORE running the Game.
