Hey baseball fans!

So, we have listened to feedback and worked hard to fix any reported problems, and now we've just release the latest OOTP 18 Update, version 18.3.40.

Here is the changelist for this version:
- Updated MLB roster sets (need to create a new game for changes to apply)
- Updated historical databases
- Updated sound files
- Fixed useless DH selected for AS game. Added ability to vote for DH in AS game.
- Fixed case where players voted to all-star game were not in starting lineup
- Coaches no longer refuse signing with a foreign league if they have any present or past connections towards that league
- Adjusted popup landing locations (more foul popups)
- Fixed asking users if the league modifers for OF assists varies from the default
- Fixed some cases where AI would incorrectly value overage minor leaguers in trades
- Many other bug and cosmetic fixes

Alright! The development team will now take a week or two off. We have worked non-stop for several months and it was worth it, as the release was the smoothest and best we have ever had. The game is now in an excellent state :) We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
