Bueno este es el archivo con el save para jugar desde el principio
del juego con el bonus de Eileen vestida de enfermera, 
ya habia sacado uno antes
pero en esta ocasion le agregue 3 grabadas ms ;)

Instrucciones:

Para usar la grabada se debe descomprimir en la carpeta "Save" 
del juego, generalmente es: (Donde el *** representa generalmente
la carpeta "Archivos de programa" en algunos Windows es
"Program files")

En la grabada 7:
- Es el principio para jugar desde el principio eligiendole a Eileen
la ropa que va a usar!!! :p

En la grabada 2:
- Parte de los edifcios, falta entrar a la habitacin de Eileen para ver
la escena de ella ensangrentada queriendo alcanzar al nio :)

En la grabada 3:
- La parte del hospital, por primera vez se va a ver a Eileen ;)

En la grabada 4: 
- Ya rescatando a Eileen y jugando con ella, LES RECOMIENDO NO USAR
ESTA GRABADA YA QUE NO TIENE MUCHA GRACIA, SINO
EMPEZAR DIRECTAMENTE DESDE LA GRABADA 2 ALMENOS ;)

Finally do it!!!! ^^ Yup, the creator (me) of the old saved file for play
whit the Eileen nurse costume ;) Now (me) i make a better version of them
in this file you have four saves

Instructions:
- For use this saved file, you need extract the file in the "Save" folder
of the game, generally: 
***KonamiSILENT HILL 4save

Saved 7:
- For play from the begin choosing the Eileen costume :p

Saved 2:
- For play from the first part of the buildings when you need enter in the
room of Eileen for see her in the first scene whit the nurse costume
blodding and talking whit the boy!!! :p

Saved 3: 
- From the hospital, you need found Eileen whit the costume for first time
:)
Saved 4:
- For play directly whit Eileen in the hospital, NOT RECOMMENDED
because, it's more funny found them!!! :)
