Usage:
downloaded archive is unpacked at any place convenient for you. 
Run the game, run the trainer. (Run as administrator) The keys in the trailer are paired, we press Insert and the rest is already indicated on the Trainer panel. 
 
Trainer functions:

2) Endless Endurance.  
3) Infinite Body Armor.  
4) Infinite Strength of the Weapon.  
5) Super precision.  
6) Without the return of weapons.  
7) There is no Radiation.  
8) No Damage from Falls. 
9) Super Run (I made it to the maximum possible, then stumbles). 
10) Super Jump.  
11) It is possible to fly when jumping. 
12) Super knife. 
13) Reset Search - if enabled with Ghost mode - then 100% will not visibility. 
14) Endless money. "Do not be sold." 
15) Infinite Gas Mask. 
16) Without Hunger. 
17) Infinite Weight. 
18) No recharge of weapons. 
19) Infinite ammunition. 
20) No visibility - enemies do not see you, but hear.

PS:  
The last function, it is made to the fact that if 18) will not work, and there is a pointer that would separate the enemy.
