Late unlocker because we were reluctant to try this game.
Good move, since the game is horrible and lame.  Crashed repeatedly on 
multiple OS's during the first turn of a mission.

1. Always make a backup copy of your game file(s) first:
   DATAChallengeScenarios.ini

2. UnRAR the archive to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
   Always unRAR with full paths!

3. Launch the game.  Choose: Play -> Campaign
