   with  "pztrain.exe",  and finally  start  the  game.  During  gameplay

      Note 1 - Get into your car first and then activate. Now all cars                                                                  explode with one or two shots or minor bumps.              
                                                                          
      Note 2 - Makes criminals docile. Just walk up to and arrest :)      
                                                                          
      Note 3 - This can screw up the game script so use just              
               occasionally. Best to disable between levels.
