Did you really find every Black Stone fragment in that region, or did one slip past you? The Map Collectible Markers mod answers that by drawing every uncollected item on the region map. The game already holds these icons but switched them off before release, so the mod turns them back on. As a result, you finally see what you missed.
Inside the Download

Map Collectible Markers: Holds the main 56KB file, which marks everything you have not collected, even in fogged areas.
Icons for Everything: Marks Black Stone and Amber fragments, Memory Flowers, Major Chests, keys, and challenges. Beyond that, unrung bells, weapons, accessories, medicines, upgrade materials, and letters get icons.
How to Get It: Tells you where a weapon, accessory, medicine, Black Stone, Amber, or key comes from when you hover over it. Sources include bosses, NPC quests, chests, and breakable objects.
Materials and Letters: Show about 600 upgrade material spots in 12 regions and about 130 letters in 9 regions. Collected items vanish from the map on their own, so the list shrinks as you play.
H Key and Marker Filter: Press H to hide every icon, or press F to open a filter panel. The panel toggles each kind separately, and your choice survives a restart, while H lasts until you close the game.
PBZMapMarkers Fog: Hides icons in areas still under fog. They appear once you ring the bell that clears that fog.
PBZMapMarkers Teleport: Adds click-to-teleport on any icon. The game asks first, then uses its own teleport, though not during combat or in the air.
PBZMapMarkers Fog Teleport: Combines the fog hiding with teleporting, so you get both in one file.

Is It Worth It?
Completionists get a map that finally matches the game’s Collection details panel. Still, materials and letters come on top of those counts. A game update can break the icons until the mod catches up, although the map itself keeps working. Since nothing writes to your save, you can add or remove it at any time.
Install in a Few Steps

Pick only one variant, because all four use the same file names.
Open your game’s main folder: in Steam, right-click Phantom Blade Zero, choose Manage, then Browse local files. It is the folder that holds Moteur et ProjectPBZ.
Copy the extracted files there, so they land in ProjectPBZ\Content\Paks\~mods. Do not copy them next to PBZ.exe, since the game will not load the mod from platform\steam.
Check that PBZMapMarkers_P.pak, PBZMapMarkers_P.utocet PBZMapMarkers_P.ucas all sit in that folder. Then launch the game and open the region map.
To update, overwrite those three files with the new ones.
To uninstall, delete the three PBZMapMarkers_P files.

Compatibility and Tips

It runs alongside Free Teleport, Map Tracker Plus, and other mods that replace the map script. With Map Tracker Plus, both mods draw their own icons.
You need no UE4SS or other tools.
Books, plus letters and pages that quests or NPCs hand over, have no spot in the world and stay unmarked.
Items from the Illusionist’s Ruins show on the Meigu Lake map. Hovering them says they sit in a separate area.
The filter choice lives in %LOCALAPPDATA%\ProjectPBZ\Saved\PBZMapMarkers\New_CSV.csv, so delete that file to reset it.
