Easy “Sic Semper Tyrannis” achievement:

Note: Attempt this while also earning the “Dead Eyes” achievement. Kill or

attempt to kill everyone possible. When given a choice to express an opinion

about taking revenge on someone, select it. Do not forgive anyone, and play

as cruelly and vengeful as possible in order to have a high Revenge stat.

Note: Dying may reset that stat. Additionally, do not trust or enter into a

relationship with Prodigal or Jury. Jenny, Lucky, or Black Magic are acceptable

romance options. Towards the end, choose the option to kill the president.

As long as your Revenge stat is high enough, the event will occur and you

will get the “Sic Semper Tyrannis” achievement during the epilogue.
