Oxford-Forschung: Gameaholics gehen seltener zur Universität
A research conducted by Oxford University has found that those who play computer games frequently are less likely to go to university.
The study involved 17,000 participants who were all born in 1970, and it concluded that playing computer games regularly meant 6% less chance of women going to university and 5% less chance for men going to university.
However, some experts has suggested that the problem doesn't lie in playing computer games per se, but rather the fact that the time spent playing computer games is not pent doing extracurricular activities that would be more beneficial.
The research didn't take into account the genres of games played.
