SquareSoft's upcoming action RPG, Threads of Fate, offers gamers a departure from its last take on the genre, Brave Fencer Musashi. This time out, players will be able to choose between two characters with unique powers. Rue, a shape-shifting hero, and Mint, a spellcasting heroine, each has a story to be played through. The game's graphics offer a detailed and colorful world for players to explore and a variety of enemies to face as they play out their individual stories. Characters and environments sport a high level of detail and fluid animation. The game will offer a variety of real-time battles and puzzles, forcing players to use both brawn and brains to get through it all.
