    The reason for this proper trainer is that their energy & water option 
    did not work properly (Enter Casino -> Press 'I' for Object Information 
    -> Check How much is the Power Use of your casino -> Go to build menu 
    and build any slot machine INSIDE your casino -> Press 'I' Again and 
    check how much is the power use of your casino now -> You'll see it has
    increased = option is not working! :) and they also missed one usefull
    option :p
