At the Title screen press E N to toggle the barriers.
At the Fighter Selection screen move the mouse to the S in SPORT and press all three mouse buttons. Then move the mouse over the T and do the same thing. Now you can boost your energy by pressing the and the key on the keypad together. I assume the pound sign is on most keyboards
