Uplay Renown:

Si vas a Uplay (puede que necesites instalar una app) y seleccionas la opción "Recompensas" podrás gastar 40 puntos Uplay para conseguir 200 Renown. Si haces esto junto con ver los 3 tutoriales tendrás 1000 Renown que son suficientes para desbloquear dos operadores inmediatamente al principio del juego.

If you watch the 3 tutorials that can be accessd from the ‘Main’ menu you can earn an easy 800 Renown. You can get through the tutorials faster by skipping the cinematics. The 800 Renown you get from doing this is enough points to purchase a starting Operator of your choosing.
