Fight Second Rival:

The following will only work for Ryu, Cammy, Chun-li, Seth, C.Viper, and Guile. Hold ALL the kick buttons when ‘Now! Fight your Rival!’ appears on screen to fight against the character’s second rival.

Secret Boss Fights in Arcade Mode:

Complete the indicated requirements before fighting Seth to fight the corresponding character after defeating Seth. The fight will be against a powered-up version of the normal playable character. The following requirements are based on the normal three round setting.
Akuma:

Never lose a round, and get one ‘Perfect’ victory.
Evil Ryu:

Never lose a round, get one ‘Perfect’ victory, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra combo.
Gouken:

Never lose a round, get one ‘Perfect’ victory, get 10 First Attacks, and have 5 Super or Ultra combo finishes.
Oni:

Never lose a round, get one ‘Perfect’ victory, get 10 First Attacks, have 5 Super or Ultra combo finishes, and defeat Seth with a Super or Ultra combo.

Unlock Extra Costumes:

5 extra costumes will automatically become unlocked for new challengers when you have a save data of ‘Street Fighter X Tekken’ in your console. These costumes are not the ones of the ‘Ultra Street Fighter IV’ preorder, there are the ones from ‘Street Fighter X Tekken’. As Decapre is not in the game she has been given Cammy’s costume.
‘Military’ Poison Costume:

Have a Save Game from Street Fighter x Tekken.
Hugo Viking Costume:

Have a Save Game from Street Fighter x Tekken.
Rolento Plumber Costume:

Have a Save Game from Street Fighter x Tekken.
School Uniform for Elena:

Have a Save Game from Street Fighter x Tekken.
‘Bad girl’ Decapre Costume (SFxTK Cammy):

Have a Save Game from Street Fighter x Tekken.
