Complete missions in the open world to earn money legally. Purchase Strike blasters to shoot players so they drop their LEGALLY honest earned cash. Fall to $0 and you go bankrupt.  Do you go hunt people down, risk going bankrupt to collect their money, or do you be a law abiding citizen and do the G-Rated Missions?
