A classic mod from Call of Pripyat. The upgrade system in Heart of Chornobyl is similar in that you sometimes have to choose one upgrade or another. Not any longer, I have removed all blocks from the upgrade paths, meaning you can install all upgrades on any piece of upgradeable equipment.
Optionally, you may also remove the requirements for blueprints and/or allow interchangeable upgrades installed together.
Instalación

Extract the downloaded zip-file into the Game Directory
Problemas conocidos

There’s currently no known way to make every technician install all types of upgrades.

This feature will be released as separate mod.
Compatibilidad

This mod edits the following files:

“\Stalker2\Content\Gamelite\GameData\UpgradePrototypes.cfg”
Any other mod editing these same files will conflict with this mod. The mod file (pak) that is lowest in the explorer after sorting names ascending will win the conflict.
