The New Xbox Experience installation files have been leaked to several torrent site, but don't rash into installing them.

Be warned that installing an illicit version of the New Xbox Experience will get you kicked off Xbox LIVE until NXE's official launch on November 19th. Microsoft has also warned that this might earn you a permanent ban for unauthorized usage.
