  Maximum Weapon And Vehicle Upgrades:
  as it says it'll maximize your weapon and vehicle upgrades!
  to make this work first activate it then enter black market ' Equipment '
  and ' Vehicles ' sections then exit you'll notice that your current weapon
  or vehicle upgrade is maximum!

  No Police:
  so you have wanted level and want to get a rid of those cheap suckers?!
  activate this youl'll notice that cops leaves you alone!please note that 
  your wanted status (bar on the screen) isn't effected by this but don't 
  worry cops won't bother you any more!

  All Police:
  so you got bored and want to fuck some of those motherfuckin' cops?!
  if so actviate this and wait a few seconds you'll see that those busterds 
  is coming for you!it doesn't matter you've wanted level or not and your 
  wanted bar on the screen isn't effected by this!

  Inf Vehicle Health:
  it gives your vehicle protects against anything!even explosions!
  but please use this option with high caution cos except humans
  it'll effect every breakable object in the game so use this option
  when you need to!

  Inf Oxygen:
  so you want to travel under water world or just got bored but 
  limitation of oxygen in the game won't let you to do that so 
  actviate this to skipt the limit!please note that your oxygen still will 
  decrease but don't worry about it!

  Teleport System:
  this time i've made 5 teleport slots for you so enjoy it!
  use NumPad0 to NumPad4 to save your desired positions
  then use NumPad5 to NumPad9 in order to restore your 
  positions!
