To install copy and paste car.ini file to the following directory 
C:Program FilesEA GamesNeed For Speed Hot Pursuit 2CarsM5
Unless you installed the game to a different place in which
case you extract it to that folder.

If you would like a specific car to be faster email me at
tierangst@excite.com and I will mail it back to you when finished,
please do not request regularly fast cars as it will not help much.

Also have a cheat to make enemy cars go slower you can mail me for it
aswell.
