Unlimited Ammo health
During gameplay pause the game and press Y, X, L, R, L, R, X, Y, L, Y, Y, R. You must have a gun and health kit first before using this code
Get all FMV movies
Go to the main menu and press L, L, Y, X, X, R, R, Y, Y, X, L, R. If you entered the code correctly all movie clips will now play in order
Get Level Select & The Greatest Escape Mode
Go to the main menu and press Y, R, Y, X, Y, R, X, L, X, X, X, Y. If you entered the code correctly you will see new options on the main menu
Unlock Greatest Escape Mode
Beat the game one time
Sedgewicks level
Once you have the truck and you start to drive you will go around a corner and there will be a panzer tank, then take a left and go to the building and get out of the truck then proceed up the stairs and go in the room and you will see a lever pull it down and the tank explodes. get back in the truck and keep driving

NOTE:if you do not do this the tank blows you up
