The DLC locks transmog behind prerequisite quests and one specific location. The Transmog at Any Smithy mod drops both rules and puts Change Equipment Appearance on every blacksmith who enhances gear. It runs on REFramework and reuses the game’s own transmog screens, so you see familiar menus. That way, you restyle your gear at the nearest smithy instead of hiking back to the DLC location.

DD2FreeTransmog: Adds only the dialogue option, so everything else keeps the base game’s mechanics.
DD2FreeTransmog AllEquipmentAvailable: Drops some transmog restrictions, so base game equipment works for transmog too. Cloaks and rings stay out, however, since the game never supported them.
Quest-Free Unlock: Skips the DLC prerequisite quests, so the service opens up right away.
Every Enhancing Smith: Offers transmog at blacksmiths from both the base game and the DLC.
Familiar Menus: Uses the built-in Change Equipped Equipment and Change Carried Equipment screens.
Same Prices: Leaves transmog costs untouched, so the service still costs what it did before.

Is It Worth It?
If the DLC quests feel like homework, this mod hands you the reward without the assignment. The standard variant adds a dialogue option and touches nothing else, so it carries less risk. The wider variant opens more gear, but it may corrupt saves or soft-ban your main pawn after future updates.
Setting It Up

Install a version of Cadre de référence that matches your current game version.
Télécharger Fluffy Mod Manager too, since you import the mod through it.
Close the game, then import the archive into the mod manager and enable it.
Load your save, talk to any blacksmith who offers equipment enhancement, and pick Change Equipment Appearance.
You need no extra setup, so you can start restyling right away.
To uninstall, disable the mod in your mod manager and remove it.

You only need one of the two variants, so pick the one that suits your appetite for risk.
Costs still apply, because the mod widens where and when you can transmog without making it free.
