The rain in this game is way too thick so it’s hard to see in dark rainy environments. This mod makes it thinner and easier to play.
Pick out of 2 Versions:
Main Version: Makes the raindrops smaller, keeps transparency

Mild version: Makes the raindrops more transparent, keeps the size (Less Sight than Main but still better than vanilla)



Installation :
Extract files inside SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Silent Hill 2\SH2proto\Content\Paks\~mods (create the ~mods folder)
