Star Wars Zero Company locks its Padawan and Mandalorian gear, classes, and armor behind specific story characters. ZCUnlocked hands three slices of that content to your own recruits, letting any regular humanoid become a Padawan or Mandalorian. It also frees up talent and specialization swapping across every character, including Hawk. As a result, you can build the exact squad composition you want instead of staying locked to story-only characters.

Padawan Recruit: Turns a regular humanoid into a Padawan, complete with Tel-Rea’s class, spec, talent, and lightsaber.
Mandalorian Recruit: Turns a regular humanoid into a Mandalorian, complete with Cly’s class, the Warrior spec, the jetpack talent, and a blaster kit.
Mandalorian Wardrobe: Adds the Man001, Man002, and Cly armor sets to the human outfit screen as normal, color-tweakable pieces covering helm, chest, arms, legs, and boots.
Freely Swappable Talents: Lets you freely change talents and specializations on every character, including Hawk.

Locking unique classes and armor to specific story characters limits how you can build your squad. Additionally, some players want full control over every recruit’s talents, not just the story cast. This mod removes both restrictions at once. Therefore, you get complete freedom over who wears what and who specializes in what.
Comment démarrer

Quit the game completely before installing.
First, install UE4SS for Star Wars Zero Company en SWZeroCompany/Binaries/Win64, since the standard UE4SS release doesn’t work correctly on this game.
Then, drop this mod’s zip contents into that same Win64 folder, so you end up with ue4ss/Mods/ZCUnlocked/dlls/main.dll.
Launch the game. The mod turns itself on automatically through its bundled enabled.txt file, so nothing else needs editing.
Find the new armor in the normal outfit screen for human characters, where it’s colorable like any other piece.
Find the Padawan and Mandalorian classes as options for any character.
To uninstall, remove the ZCUnlocked folder from your UE4SS Mods directory.

Bon à savoir
Never bring a lightsaber into the tutorial mission, since it requires a blaster instead. This mod does not work alongside other existing Padawan or Mandalorian armor mods, so uninstall those first. This is an unofficial fan project and isn’t tied to Bit Reactor, EA, Lucasfilm, Disney, or the UE4SS project.
