This Trainer grants unlimited ammo to all weapons in the game and all attatchments to weapons such as grenade launchers, items such as claymores and grenades along with c4 etc are not infinite. 
This is very stable and only tested on version 1.7.5 of call of duty 4, may work on other versions but not tested. 

To run 
simply run the game normally, make sure youre holding a weapon and then switch to your desktop, open the trainer, hit unlimited ammo and there you go... simple as that =]
