Island Notes strands you and a group of shipwreck survivors on a mysterious island, forcing a choice between self-preservation and building alliances with your fellow castaways. You farm, fish, build a base, tame pets, and grow relationships with companions while surviving hostile creatures. However, hunger, hydration, and sleep all drain steadily, and the same survival stats apply to your companion as well.
