PLAYMAGiC released this trainer with 5 options on September 25, 2026, built for version 1.0 of the RUNE release. Konami published SILENT HILL: Townfall, co-developed by Screen Burn Interactive and Annapurna Interactive, and released the game on September 24, 2026.

Trainer Options

F1 (Infinite Health): Locks your health at full so enemy attacks can’t kill you.
F2 (Infinite Items): Stops consumables and key items from being used up.
F3 (No Reload): Removes the need to reload weapons during combat.
F4 (No Weapon Wear): Prevents weapons from degrading with use.
F5 (Reset Timer): Resets any active in-game timer, useful for timed sequences and pursuit events.
