F1 - Enable Infinite Requisition points, Energy, unlimited units and unlimited vehicles
F2 - Enable Infinite Requisition points and Energy, Disable unlimited units and vehicles
F3 - Enable unlimited units and vehicles, Disable Infinite Requisition points and Energy
F4 - Disable Infinite Requisition points, Energy, unlimited units and unlimited vehicles
F5 - Enable Instant Build for Building upgrades and units
F6 - Disable Instant Build for Building upgrades and units

Tested on DOW 1.40, WA 1.0

Trainer +2 : Added Vehicle increase disabling
Trainer +3 : Added Instant Build
Trainer +4 :  Modified options to give infinite resources/units only to human player, Instant Build still affects both human and computer players. Previous trainer version did not work for ork unit limits because it uses float instead of the normal dword. It should work now. 
Trainer +4 Updated : Same as above but instant build for units and upgrades now affect human player only, thanks to DABhand.
