Start game as usual, open up the console with key toggle and ente
the desired commands below:

tank.immortal - God Mode
tank.ammo - Infinite Ammo
tank.speed X - Tank Speedup X 0-???
tank.easydriving 1 - Easy Driving Mode ON 0 = OFF
tank.carsteering 1 - Car Steering Mode ON 0 = OFF
tank.activate - Tank Debug Interface ???

[NOTE]:

The cheats only work in Singleplayer Mode and can be toggled on/off
by using 1 or 0 at the end of the command e.g. tank.ammo 0
will disable the infinite ammo cheat
